I was very impressed by the clean and tidy studio, and the welcoming and knowledgeable instructors that make sure you maintain correct form and technique while using the equipment safely! Dani made sure to check in with me on every progression and exercise change while also paying attention to the other clients. I enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to return!”

“I’ve been going to Centre Studios since it opened in December 2021. My whole body shape has changed and I have never liked my body as much as I do now. I feel fantastic. The classes are varied, exercises can be adjusted to each individual’s fitness level, the atmosphere is fun, and I love being there. Dannie and the other instructors give gentle corrections to technique to make sure we target the correct muscles. I highly recommend Centre Studios.”

“I discovered Centre Studios in its early days of opening as I was looking for something low impact whilst managing my sporting injuries. The studio is beautiful, with lots of natural light and only 6 beds so you know you’ll get the attention you need. Dannie is an amazing instructor with incredible technical knowledge, communication skills and empathy. She connects with you individually, provides guidance on your form as well as options to tailor the exercise to suit the level you’re at. An example of personalised care that I received was returning to Pilates post surgery and Dannie making a note of this in my profile so that the other instructors were aware and could accomodate. Everyone has been wonderful and I’m very grateful to have been able to stay active whilst injured and now as I recover post operation!”

“Dannie is undoubtedly a pilates instructor that has amazing technique and knowledge. Even though I have done reformer for about a year now, I was amazed at how meticulous and thorough she was. I love that with the small class size, she can really hone in on your technique and make you really perfect it with the best form possible. These classes are not incredibly fast paced, and that actually is an added bonus as it allows you to really concentrate on the muscle groups you're working. I was super sweaty by the end of it and was hungry for more! I've never met a pilates instructor that incorporates knowledge of human physiology and pilates better than Dannie has. Definitely worth a try, and is 100% the best starting point for beginners!”

“Dannie is an amazing pilates instructor you will need for all levels- whether it’s your first time trying out pilates or you are experienced. She explains and instructs with much clarity about which area in your body to focus and is very keen to help you along with the fitness journey. The studio was very clean with new equipments, and you get a nice panoramic view through the windows. The class size is small, which is a huge advantage. Highly recommend!”

“Danielle is very professional and knowledgeable. She actually noticed minor details and mistakes and corrected my form and postures. She exudes positive energy and very engaging. Although the class was chilled, it wasn't boring and I could feel my muscles working. I've done pilates in the past and sometimes even when the music was pumping, I got bored of the session. This is not the case at Centre Studio. The maximum capacity for each class is 6 people, which makes it easier to build relationships and allows more engagements. Highly recommend Danielle! 🙂”
